GAS CONVERSION FOR SIX-BURNER COOKTOP

To replace orifices of top burner and simmer burner,

follow these steps:

To replace minimum flow rate orifice on gas valves,

follow these steps:

.Ensure that all gas valves are OFF and cooktop

is cold.

Ensure that all gas valves are OFF.

2. Remove all valve knobs.

2. Remove all grates.

3. Remove front panel.

4. Unscrew and replace minimum flow-rate

orifices on all valves. Refer to gas valve drawing

and orifice chart.

3. Using the specially designed hex-head

screwdriver, unscrew orifices of top burners and

simmer burners, and replace them with

respective orifices as shown per orifice chart.

4. Replace all burner caps and grates. Make sure

that caps rest fully on burner bases.

5. Install all front panels.

6. Insert knobs on valve stems.
