21. Attach side panels onto second side of bottom locker

• Screw in second set (x2) of side panels. Side
panels will attach to base frame, end frames and posts.
• Side panels must be attached from the inside of the
locker using phillips head fasteners and washers
total 8 screws and washers per panel (x2) at bottom
(x3) at each side
