Splicing the Cassette
Loop the fiber twice, route the separated fiber

groups to the opposite splice holders, and adjust
the fiber length.

Perform the splicing and install the prepared
splice protectors into the splice holders.

Prepare the pigtails. When easy-strip pigtails are

applied, strip the 900μm jacket and route the
pigtail groups (1-12, 13-24) to the opposite splice
holders. Adjust the pigtail lengths.
Prior closing the cassette, check that all of the
adapters are securely seated in place. Closing the

cassette will be obstructed if the adapters are
incorrectly located.
