5. Debugging and preoperation
5.1 Preparation before debugging.
a) Heat pump water heater unit inspection
Check overview and inside pipe system of unit, whether it is damaged during transportation.
Check whether there is air in pipe of unit, if there is , should use manual vent valve on the water
pipe inside the unit and vent valve of water pump to drain out of the air.
Check if fan blade is interfered by fixed board and protecting wire net of fan.
b) Check Power Distribution System
Check whether the supplied power is matched with required supplying power in the manual or
Nameplate of unit.
Check whether all of the supplying power and controlling lines are connect properly, whether
wiring correctly, if grouding is reliable, whether all of wire connecting terminal are firm.
c) Check pipe system
Check system pipes, re-water system, returm pipe, presure gauge, thermograph, valve, switch
of water level, wether they are correct installation.
Check whether valves in system should open have opened and should shut off have shut off.
Check whether heat insulation measurement are good.
5.2 Preoperation
Preoperation must be handled by professional technical.
The whole preoperation could be done after checked whole system and confirm they meet
requirements.
Turn on the power, open the unit, mainframe delay 3 minutes to start. To three phase power
unit, check whether fan, water pump turn correctly at first, if not correct, should shut off
power at once, adjust the phase sequence. Measure compressor running current, to check
whether there is any abnormal sound.
Check whether unit meet requirement after running for some days(usually for 3days),
once ok, it could be put into use normally.
5.3 Normal running
Heating operation process: power on---unit water pump running---water flow switch
detection---fan motor running---compressor running (When the low water level switch
disconnect , re-water solenoid valves open to rewater).
