Tubes are too tall and foul the Lid, replace with correct ones
Check the rotor to see if it freely turns, if not look for
Objects in the bowl that may be fouling and remove.
If not Contact our Service Department
Check the Following.
Weigh your tubes to 0.1g of each other
Place tubes in Rotor opposite each other
(see previous Rotor pages for instructions)
If Fault code persists call our Service Department.
