202 Paper Jam Open Rear Door
A 202 Paper Jam message indicates the media is jammed behind the rear door above the fuser.

Push the rear door release latch and gently lower the rear door. See the illustrations on page 3.

Pull the fuser pressure release levers to release tension on the media.

Grasp each corner of the jammed media and pull it up and out.

Note: Gently pull the media out so you do not tear it.

Close the rear door.
