completing call transfer
Condition
There are three users, A, B, and C.
1. A calls B.
B answers the incoming call.
2. A presses
The phone places the call on hold and A hears a dial tone.
3. A calls C.
4. When C's phone starts ringing, A hangs up the call to transfer the call to C.
5. A presses
A calls B.
Cause
When A presses
rather than the number that was dialed after the call transfer.
