DANGER! Risk of injury!
Cut injury when the rotor blades turn or the product
starts accidentally.
v Remove the battery and wait for the rotor blades to stop
before you troubleshoot the product.
Possible Cause
the battery holder.
On LED is off.
Mechanical failure.
Over current, engine is blocked.
Blower tube, vacuum tube,
collection bag or intake cover is
not assembled correctly.
Abnormal speed.
Under voltage.
Battery temperature is out of
range.
Battery error / battery defective.

Remedy
v Put the battery completely into
the battery holder until it audibly
engages.
v Push the On/Off button.
v Contact the GARDENA
Service.
v Remove the battery and remove
the obstacle.
v Assemble all parts until the
interlock audibly engage.
v If there is no blockage and the
parts are correctly assembled,
contact the GARDENA Service.
v Charge the battery.
v Use the battery in surroundings
where temperatures are
between – 10 °C and 40 °C.
v Contact the GARDENA Service.
v Connect the battery charger
and charging cable correctly.
v Use the battery in surroundings
where temperatures are
between – 10 °C and 40 °C.
v Remove the battery and
check that you use an original
GARDENA battery.
v Contact the GARDENA service.
