b. Locations to avoid installing

• Avoid installing smoke alarm in garages because exhaust fumes may cause alarm.

• Avoid installing smoke alarm near radiators,fans,air conditioners ect.

• Avoid installing in dusty areas,protective nets can only keep out some insects or dust.

• Avoid installing In an area where the temperature may fall below 0°C or rise above 40°C.

• Avoid installation in damp,dusty area like bathroom,kitchen ect.

6. Function

6.1 Interconnect operation under WiFi gateway/ system environment

a Connect all the alarms to gateway under the guide of app operation. As long as the smoke alarm is added to

the APP, the interconnection among the smoke alarms are completed also.

b. If you want the smoke alarm to take effect immediately in the WIFI gateway /system environment,close the

smoke alarm mounting plate (include battery inside) after completing the previous operation,then press the

"self-check" button and wait for the alarm sound from the device.

c. If the smoke alarm needs to exit from WIFI environment,first delete the fire alarm from the APP, and then

long press the "LEARN" button of the smoke alarm for about 5 seconds. When the indicator light next to the

"LEARN" button flashes, the device exit from the system.

6.2 Interconnect operation without system use

a. Close all the alarms that need to be interconnected to the mounting plate and twist clockwise. Then the

smoke alarm enters standby condition. But the unit is not interconnected with other units.

b. Select a smoke alarm as the "host", press the "LEARN" button( twice) and make the indicator beside to

green color.

c. Take other smoke alarms as the "salve",press the "LEARN"button(one time) of all the "salve" alarms and

make the indicators beside to red color.

d. Press the "TEST" button of the "Host" alarm and give sounds,if the "slave"alarms will receive this signal,

the indicator besides "LEARN" button starts to flash and the interconnection is finished.

e. If the smoke alarms needs to exit from the interconnection work, long press the "LEARN" button of the

smoke alarm for about 5 seconds until the green lights flashes,clearance is completed.

Note 1: All the smoke alarms of this model have wireless interconnection function. It requires at least

two smoke alarms. We suggest you learn the interconnection operation before you install the product

to the ceiling, to make your operation more efficient.

Note 2: The interlink range of this product is ≥100m (open field). But as different construction will have

different effect on the transmission distance, if there is product that cannot be interconnected, please

adjust the installation position of the product.

c.operating mode

• Testing

Press the TEST/HUSH button and the product will enter alarm mode. It will make beeps that are louder than

86dB. The alarm indicator (red) will flash.

• Normal working condition

In standby condition, the smoke alarm detects every 10 seconds. The alarm indicator flashes every 344

seconds to indicate that the smoke alarm is operating properly. The smoke alarm will sound when it detects

a concentration of smoke. And the alarm indicator (red) flashes at the same time, until the smoke is clear.

• Silence mode (Low sensitivity)

When it's in alarm condition, press the TEST/HUSH button and the product will enter silence mode. The

alarm indicator flashes every 9 seconds and no audible sound will be heard, unless smoke becomes denser.

That will last for about 9 minutes. Pressing and holding the TEST/HUSH button for several seconds will

end the silence mode.

• Low voltage warning

When the battery voltage is too low, the product will make short beeps every 43 seconds to warn the user,

until the battery voltage meets with the working voltage of the smoke alarm.

• Alarm history

When the alarm indicator (green) flashes 3 times every 43 seconds, that means alarm has been made before.

Please check if there is fire risk in detecting area. This indication will end 24 hours later.

• Smoke chamber degeneration warning

The working environment and time will cause the degeneration of smoke chamber. When the product makes

3 short beeps every 43 seconds, it indicates end-of-unit-life. You should replace the smoke alarm with a new one.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Test the smoke alarm every week by pressing the test button.

7.2 Clean the smoke alarm with dry cloth. Never use water, cleaners or solvents to clean since they may

damage the unit. Prevent foreign body from entering the unit.

7.3 If the smoke alarm is not working properly, don't disassemble the unit yourself. Please seek the service

of the professionals.

8. Points for Abandoned Products

8.1 The packing material is renewable, so please do your best to recycle it.

8.2 As this product has built-in non-replaceable battery, this unit cannot be abandoned with normal

household garbage.
