Unauthorizedrepairsormodificationscouldresultinpermanent
damagetotheequipment,andvoidyourwarrantyandyourauthority
tooperatethisdeviceunderPart15regulations.

componentsthatfailinnormaluse.Suchrepairsorreplacementwill
bemadeatnochargetothecustomerforpartsorlabor,provided
thatthecustomershallberesponsibleforanytransportationcost.
Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyto:(i)cosmeticdamage,suchas
scratches,nicksanddents;(ii)consumableparts,suchasbatteries,
unlessproductdamagehasoccurredduetoadefectinmaterialsor
workmanship;(iii)damagecausedbyaccident,abuse,misuse,water,
flood,fire,orotheractsofnatureorexternalcauses;(iv)damage
causedbyserviceperformedbyanyonewhoisnotanauthorized
serviceproviderofGarmin;or(v)damagetoaproductthathas
beenmodifiedoralteredwithoutthewrittenpermissionofGarmin.In
addition,Garminreservestherighttorefusewarrantyclaimsagainst
productsorservicesthatareobtainedand/orusedincontraventionof
thelawsofanycountry.
Thisproductisintendedtobeusedonlyasatravelaidandmustnot
beusedforanypurposerequiringprecisemeasurementofdirection,
distance,locationortopography.Garminmakesnowarrantyastothe
accuracyorcompletenessofmapdatainthisproduct.
