TROUBLESHOOTING

The appliance does not start or it stops
during operation.
First try to find a solution to the problem
(refer to the table). If not, contact the serv-
ice.
Alarm code
• The indicator of the set programme
flashes continuously.
• The end indicator flashes 1 time in-
termittently.
• The indicator of the set programme
flashes continuously.
• The end indicator flashes 2 times in-
termittently.
• The indicator of the set programme
flashes continuously.
• The end indicator flashes 3 times in-
termittently.
WARNING!
Deactivate the appliance before
you make the checks.
Problem
The programme
does not start.
The appliance does
not fill with water.
Possible cause
The mains plug is not con-
nected in the mains socket.
The appliance door is open. Close the appliance door.
The fuse in the fuse box is
damaged.
The delay start is set.
The water tap is closed.
The water pressure is too
low.
The water tap is clogged or
there is limescale on it.
The filter in the water inlet
hose is clogged.
The water inlet hose has a
kink or a bend.
The anti-flood device is on.
There are water leakages in
the appliance.
With some problems, some indicators
flash continuously and/or intermittently
at the same time to show an alarm
code.
Problem
The appliance does not fill with water.
The appliance does not drain the water.
The anti-flood device is on.
Possible solution
Connect the mains plug.
Replace the fuse.
Cancel the delay start or
wait for the end of the
countdown.
Open the water tap.
Contact your local water au-
thority.
Clean the water tap.
Clean the filter.
Make sure that the position
of the hose is correct.
Close the water tap and
contact the Service.
