Wash Pump
The motor is a synchronous motor, the pump housing connects directly to the sump housing
assembly and supplies direct water pressure to the spray arm.
Heater
1200W, locates in a metal casing within the sump.
Heater Casing within the Sump
Heater Pressure Sensor
Attached to the heater is a safety device protecting the heating element.
When the wash motor starts, the pressure sensor is closed by water pressure, this signals the module
to switch the heater on. Minimum operating pressure is 1 Bar. In the event of the wash pump not
starting, the module would not switch the heater on (water pressure below 1 Bar.).
Thermistor
Controls the water temperature of the programmes by monitors
the water temperature, comparing the water temperature within
the sump, with values stored within the modules memory.
When the value within the modules memory for the selected cycle,
is the same as the water temperature, the heater is turned off.
