Bluetooth capabilities are built-in to most Windows 10 machines. A Bluetooth dongle is not necessary

Various versions of Windows 10 may have different steps than the ones listed below.
Step 1 - Move cursor over icon tray in lower right corner,
click on Show hidden icons, then click on Bluetooth icon.
