Troubleshooting
This helpful troubleshooting guide will provide you with information about how to recognize a problem with the warming drawer, determine possible causes, and find a solution.
In the event your specific situation is not covered in this guide, please contact Earthlite so our technical support department can assist you. Beyond the troubleshooting guide below,
do not attempt to repair the warming drawer yourself. This can void your warranty.
Unauthorized service will not be covered. Please be sure to contact Earthlite Customer Service first.

Problem
Nothing works
Drawer does not slide
smoothly or drags
Excessive condensation
One or more of the
indicator lights on the
control panel blink on and off
Warranty
See your table and/or trolley manual for complete warranty information. The warming drawer is covered under the section for motors, controls, and electronics, which are warranted
for two (2) years. Earthlite may repair or replace defective components at our discretion. Earthlite will return the warranted product, standard shipping pre-paid, to customers in the
continental US. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes, as well as all shipping charges inbound and outbound. Normal wear and tear, and costs
associated with maintenance procedures, and damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance, harsh operating environments or neglect (which includes damage caused
by harsh chemical-based cleaners) are not covered under this warranty. All warranties are limited to repair or replacement, at Earthlite's discretion, unless otherwise stated.
Probable Cause
Table power cord or trolley power cord may be disconnected.
Timer is not set.
Tripped circuit breaker or blown fuse.
Drawer is incorrectly mounted into drawer glides.
Drawer is overloaded or the load is unbalanced.
Warming drawer not preheated.
Towels pre-moistened with cold water.
The control panel computer has detected an error:
#1 - Temperature error
#2 - Sensor error
#3 - Key pad error
#4 - Control error
Solution
Plug into a grounded and dedicated electrical outlet.
Select time duration according to the Operating Instructions section.
Check the circuit breaker panel or fuse box for a tripped breaker or blown fuse.
Reinstall drawer into drawer glides, per instructions on page 7.
Reduce the weight to less than 18 pounds and/or redistribute drawer contents.
Preheat the warming drawer before each use.
Pre-moisten the towels with hot water for best results.
Try resetting the computer. Disconnect the power cord, wait 20 seconds, then
reconnect it. Check the control panel. If the indicator light still flashes, call for
service (see number above).
