Insert the extender bars (3) into the side of

the base plate. Position the vertical aspect

so it sits against the side of the camera (or

in your preferred position), with side ports

accessible. Tighten the screws in the base to

hold the extender bars firmly in place. The

extender bars should not be able to move

when Ellie is in use.

If access to the side ports is blocked, loosen the mounting screw in the base plate, and

adjust the position of Ellie, forward or backward, for optimal access.

Once you have positioned Ellie correctly for your camera, check the camera

mount screw, extender bars, and base screws are all fully tightened before

use.
