Cookware
Wok ring
The wok ring supplied with your
appliance can be used in instances
where extra stability is required. It is
particularly suitable for woks with a
rounded base.
Woks are unique among cookware.
They have a small base diameter and a
large upper rim diameter (usually 35-40
cm).
The ultra-rapid burner (front left) is
recommended for use with the wok
ring.
Make sure that the wok ring is
positioned securely. The notches on the
bottom edge of the wok ring must sit on
the pan supports (see diagram).
