ALLNIC AUDIO HPA-3000GT Manuel du propriétaire
INITIAL SET-UP
A. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
Like all audio products using tubes, the Allnic Audio
HPA-3000GT needs to be placed on a solid stand in a
location that provides good air circulation around the
Headphone Amplifier.
DO NOT cover the top of the HPA-3000GT
Headphone Amplifier or tube chimneys. Make
sure the unit is in a place with good ventilation
(see Figure 3). The HPA3000GT is about
170mm tall and requires at least 30mm (~1
inch) clearance for good air flow above it.
DO NOT place the unit on carpet or foam.
DO NOT subject the unit to knocks and shocks
as you move it around. This advice is meant
particularly for those who may want to place
the HPA-3000GT on some kind of after-market
isolation feet or similar devices. Dropping the
HPA-3000GT is not a good thing to do and may
void the warranty.
DO NOT place the unit near a strong light or
heat.
DO NOT place anything heavy on the unit.
DO NOT allow rubber or vinyl materials to rest
on the unit's chassis for long periods of time.
This could discolour the metal.
DO place the unit on a shelf or stand that is
stable and not subject to vibration or sudden
shock.
DO consider using a high quality power cord
and inter-connects, for both inputs and
outputs. The HPA3000GT is a highly sensitive
piece of electronic designed for neutrality and
will output what you put into it.
DO try to place the HPA-3000GT away from
major
sources of RFI and EMI; though well shielded,
the HPA-3000GT will function best away from
large power transformers and other sources of
such interference.
B. POWER CONNECTION
The HPA-3000GT uses a standard three prong male IEC
connection for AC input. You need to use a power cord
with a female three prong IEC connector at one end
C. INPUTS
There are one (1) pair of RCA, one(1) pair of XLR inputs.
These two pairs are located on the rear of the HPA-
3000GT
Facing the rear of the HPA-3000GT, the left hand pair of
inputs is labeled "unbalanced input"; the right hand
pair is "balanced input". Each pair of inputs is aligned
horizontally, each indicated "L" for left and "R" for right.
The inputs are selected for listening by using the button
on the rear panel of the HPA-3000GT. Having the button
out selects RCA input ; pressing the button in selects
XLR input .
The HPA-3000GT has been designed and manufactured
to work most synergistically with Allnic Audio phono
preamplifiers.
D. HEADPHONE OUTPUT
The HPA-3000GT is equipped with two(2) headphone
outputs "jack" and two(2) XLR for (4)pin outputs. Each
for low and high impedance.
E. PRE OUTPUT
The HPA-3000GT is equipped with one (1) pair of RCA
pre outputs, whose impedance is around 10 ohms, this
extremely low value means very powerful driving
capability to next amplifier with the widest frequency
ranges.
