3-7. Electrical Connections Between Control Boxes

Tools Needed:
Y Disconnect input power to racks.
Have only trained and qualified
persons install, operate, or service
this unit.

Open access doors.

Supplied Power Cable

Service Loop

Strain Reliefs
Install power cable through strain reliefs
between control boxes. Be sure to allow a
service loop in cable between boxes.

Input Conductors

Grounding Conductor

Connect grounding conductor to ground
terminal first. Then connect input conductors
to line terminals.
Tighten strain relief clamps.
