capacitors
after unit
is Off.
Always
check
capacitors
as
shown
to
be
sure
they
have
discharged
before
working
on
unit.
READ SAFETY BLOCKS
at start
of
Section
5
before
proceeding.
Turn Off
welding
power
source
and
disconnect
input
power.

To loosen
top,
remove
two
outside
handle
screws
from both handles
and all side
bolts.

Mounts
To loosen
bottom,
remove
all side
bolts,
carefully
place
unit
on
its side
and
remove
the four mounts.

Locate
on
lower left side.

Voltmeter
Check
both
sets
of
input
capacitors.
Measure dc
voltage
across
posi
tive
(+)
and
negative ()
terminals
until
voltage
drops
to
near
0
(zero)
volts.
After task is
completed,
reinstall
case.
