5. Now simply turn on your Bia device by pressing and holding
the button for 2 seconds. The device will first indicate the battery
level in green lights (or red if the battery charge is low). Bia will then
display a blue pulsating light and automatically begin to run a mi-
crocurrent cycle lasting 3 hours.
Please ensure that you are well hydrated before beginning a
cycle as this reduces the electrical resistance of the body, pro-
viding better current penetration to the muscles.
Battery - When the device is turned on it will first display the bat-
tery level in green lights as follows:
• 1 Green light = 25% charge
• 2 Green lights = 50% charge
• 3 Green lights = 75% charge
• 4 Green lights = 100% charge
If your device 'beeps' and shows a red light, this indicates that
there is not enough charge to run a cycle. Your Bia will go into auto-
matic shutdown and should be placed on charge.
Microcurrent Cycle – When a cycle begins, Bia will display a blue
pulsating light. When the lights are blue, this indicates that a good
connection is made and the cycle is in progress. If there is no con-
nection, this light will flash red and the device will sound periodic
'beeps' to inform you of a disconnection. If this occurs at any point
during the cycle, the connection must be re-established within 1
minute or the device will automatically shut down. Check that all
cable connections and pads are properly in place. When connec-
