4.4 Fountain Head Operation for AquaJet 600
The Aquajet 600 comes with two separate fountain heads the
attach directly to the divert valve. To attach the fountain head
simply press the head onto the divert valve. To vary the diameter
of the water bell fountain head all you have to do is unscrew the
central part. (Fig. 6)
You can vary the height of the fountain by opening or closing
the divert valve.

5) Maintenance

5.1 Routine Maintenance
• Your Aquascape

• If any reduction in flow is noticed, unplug the pump and
remove it from the pond. Depressing the clips on the pump will
allow access to the main pump chamber. Remove any debris, and if required, remove
the Pump Volute Outlet by turning counterclockwise and pulling off. Inspect the impeller
for blockage.
5.2 Annual Maintenance
• Remove and inspect the impeller by depressing the tabs and removing the Upper Pump
Housing. Remove the Pump Volute Outlet by turning it counter-clockwise. Inspect the
impeller for damage and replace if necessary.

6) Troubleshooting

6.1 Pump is not operating
• Ensure pump is plugged into a properly grounded and operational outlet. Outlet should
be GFI protected. Ensure that the GFI outlet has not reset due to ambient moisture. Press
"Test" and then "Reset" on the GFI outlet.
• Ensure the impeller is able to move freely. The impeller should be able to move with some
effort inside the pump housing. If it is jammed with debris, follow instructions under
Routine Maintenance to expose and check the impeller.
6.2 Reduced flow from pump
• Ensure that the Upper Pump Housing and the Lower Pump Housing is free of leaves
and debris.
• Ensure that the fountain heads are free from any debris or clogs.
