time buzzer
Press key (19) when the oven is on.
The time before intervention of
the "buzzer" will appear on dis-
play (11) and the countdown will
activate.
If you wish to modify the time, use
keys "+" (12) and "-"(13) .
ATTENTION:
A - Never switch the oven off using the ON/OFF button
(20) whilst the refractory surface is rotating.
Always bring the joystick (4) back to its central posi-
tion.
B - The light automatically goes out when the oven is
switched off!
C - During pyrolysis, turn off the light in order to pre-
serve bulbs. The programme P99 (which cannot be
modified by the user) is already set to carry out py-
rolysis and automatically switches off the light!
Key (17) can be used to control the light.

oven is due to turn itself on will
appear on display (11);
to modify the time, use keys "+"
(12) and "-" (13).
Should you wish to exit the func-
tion and cancel the countdown,
press key (19) once again or key
(20) to turn on the oven.

Selection mode
By pressing the light keys (17)
and hood light (18) key at the
same time, you will enter the pro-
gramme selection mode;
display (8) presents the letter
"P" followed by a number in the
range of 00 to 99.
Using keys (9) and (10), it is pos-

sible to select the programme
number; confirm with hood light
key (18).
To change the program, press

keys "+" (9) and "-" (10).
These changes are "temporary".
To "permanently" set the param-
eters of the programmes, press
light keys (17) and hood light
key (18) at the same time, with
the oven turned off.
Select the number of the pro-
gramme to be changed; confirm
with the hood light key (18).
To change the parameters of pro-
gramme, press keys "+" (9) and
"-" (10).
Save the changes made using the
hood light key (18).
D - Regularly remove the refractory bricks from the
cooking surface and clean the burn residues from
the base.
E - Disconnect the electrical power supply before car-
rying out any operations to the electrical controls
and before replacing the light bulbs.
F - Never work without using protective glass of the
lamp; if it should break, replace it immediately.
G - RISK OF FIRE!
Every 3 months, open the control unit and carefully
vacuum any flour or dust deposits!

Trouble shooting
Fault or malfunction:
The following error messages will
appear on the board display:
E_1 :
thermocouple upper heating ele-
ments fault.
E_2 :
power board heatsink probe fault
or high temperature warning.
E_3 :
control board cold junction probe
fault or high temperature warn-
ing.
E_4 :
thermocouple lower heating ele-
ments fault.
AL1 :
pre warning of high power board
temperature.
AL2 :
warning of high control board
temperature.
NOTE:
E : oven turns off.
AL : oven continues cooking.
