Before contacting us, please check the following points first.
Symptom
Indicator Lamp is
not lighted
Ionized water is
not produced.
When getting the

Action
Plug-in to the outlet.the outlet
Confirm if the other electric devices work.
Exchange the fuse with new one.
Check the safety switch if it works well.
Exchange the membrance with new one.
Remove the calcium from the electrode.
Check if the membrane is correctly fitted in.
Increase the setting time.
Fix the separator completely.
Fit the gasket correctly.
Exchange the gasket with new one.
. Too much salt is added.
. Add proper amount of salt.
. Exchange the fuse with new one.
Check if the other electric devices work.
Locate it on the plain place.
