How do I power on my device?

Press and hold the power button

for about 1 second.

What is my supervisor password?

Your terminal will ask you to set a

supervisor password the first time

you switch it on. Make sure you

keep this password secure.

Do I need to put ink in the printer?

No, the DX8000 has a thermal

printer.

What till rolls do I need to buy?

Only thermal paper is compatible

with the DX8000. The dimensions

are 58mm x 40mm. Order till rolls

How do I clean the terminal?

Unplug the wires from the terminal.

Use a soft, damp cloth to clean

the outside of the terminal. Do not

clean the electrical connections.

into the the base which you can

then dock the terminal on when

not in use.
