General Assembly...

Introduce the Double Threaded Insert (e) through the Lower End Ring (d), ensure

that it is the correct way around; (the flat surface of the ring is away from the

threaded end of the insert). Carefully align the lower end of the body (13mm

diameter) with the insert and press the insert into the body. Continue pressing until

the flange of the Lower End Ring is held against the shoulder of the insert

(See Fig 5).

Align the Threaded End Cap (c) with the upper end of the body, and press together,

continue pressing until the body is tight against the ring of the End Cap (See Fig 5).

Locate the Roller Ball Refill (g); insert it into the lower end of the pen, fit the Pen Tip

(f) over the end of the refill and pressing against the internal spring pressure screw

the Pen Tip (f) into the lower end of the pen (See Fig 6).

The Pen Top (a) is screwed over the Pen Tip for transporting, et al, or housed on the

threaded end cap during use (See figs 6 & 7).
