Picture Adjustments

This projector's picture is factory preset to standard settings. However, you can adjust it to suit your own prefer-

ences by adjusting the four picture modes: "PICTURE", "BRIGHT", "RED" and "BLUE". The adjustments can be

stored in the "RGB1", "RGB2" and "VIDEO" modes separately. (The following steps are used as an example in

adjusting the picture in "RGB1 ADJ." mode.)

a. Displaying the "RGB1 ADJ." screen

Press MENU to display the menu screen. Press

ADJUSTMENT ∂/ƒ to select "RGB1 ADJ."

Then press ENTER to display the "RGB1 ADJ."

screen.

• The menu screen is displayed for about 30 seconds.

b. Adjusting the picture

1. Press ADJUSTMENT ∂/ƒ to select the

item you want to adjust.

To display only the adjustment item, press

ENTER after selecting the item. Only the

setting screen for the selected adjustment

item will appear.

2. Press ADJUSTMENT ß/© to move the

mark of the selected adjustment item to the

desired setting.

3. Press ENTER to return to the "RGB1 ADJ."

screen.

• The "RGB1 ADJ." screen is displayed for about 30 sec-

onds.

Description of Adjustment Items

Skin tones become purplish

SHARPNESS

For less sharpness

RESET

All RGB video adjustment items are returned to the factory

preset settings.

• To reset all adjustment items, select "RESET" on the "RGB 1

ADJ." screen and press ENTER.

• When a VIDEO input mode is selected, only "PICTURE",

"BRIGHT", "COLOR", "TINT" and "SHARPNESS" can be

adjusted.

• "TINT" appears only in "NTSC 3.58" mode.

To return to normal screen, press MENU.
