If the phone doesn't connect or loses the connection, try the following:
No Power
Make sure your power brick is connected properly and switched on or you have a Power over Ethernet (PoE) connection to
your phone.
"Ethernet Disconnected"
Your phone is not connected to a live router or data switch. Make sure the internet connection cable is in the right socket and
plugged into your router or wall socket correctly.
"Obtaining IP Address" or "Configuring IP"
This usually means that the phone has a physical connection but isn't receiving its IP address via DHCP from the Broadband
Router. Check your router settings and then power the phone off and on again.
"Attempting VPN Connection" or "Registering"
This usually means the phone cant see the Internet. To test plug a PC into the PC socket in the back of the phone. If you cant
connect to the internet check your router and broadband connection.
If the PC works but the phone still doesn't then power the phone off and on again and restart the VPN connection:
Press the Settings button then:
Option 4 Security Configuration
Option 8 VPN Configuration
Press Enable softkey to connect the phone VPN
