PM / Yield Parts Yields
PM parts as well as yield parts are affected by the number of prints per job (P/J). The actual part life is
determined by the number of its rotations, which depends on the P/J. The number of rotations a part makes
per page increases, if the P/J is lower. This is because the machine always stops at a certain (fixed) time
after the last sheet is fed out, regardless of the P/J. The lower the P/J, the more revolutions are made per
page.
The table below shows the expected number of prints made for 1 P/J vs. 4 P/J.
