Insert "feet" of heat sink assembly into notched areas of trim ring (4 locations) as
shown in Fig. 1. Then twist the trim assembly clockwise (Fig. 2) until it clicks and
markers (shown in blue) are aligned (Fig. 3). Hyperbolic Trim Patented. Patent

CAUTION! Use care when removing the LED Head Unit for
!
maintenance purposes. Support the spring assemblies during
removal to prevent injury.
Step 1:
Grip trim around flange edge
and begin to pull downward. Retention
spring housings (shown in blue) will
catch on interior edge of aperture and
stop.
Step 2:
When springs stop on aper-
ture edge, use fingers to support spring
housings in upright position while con-
tinuing to pull LED Head Unit out of
aperture.
Open retention springs* on head unit and hold upright in vertical position while
inserting head unit through aperture and allowing springs to pull trim tight to ceiling
tile.
