10.4 Delete an Entry

1. Press <Phonebook>.
2. Press <Up/Down> to the entry you want.
3. Press <Menu> and <Up/Down> to select DELETE.
4. Press <Menu> to delete the entry.

10.5 Delete all Entries

1. Press <Phonebook>.
2. Press <Menu> and <Up/Down> to select DELETE ALL.
3. Press <Menu>. DELETE ALL PH.BOOK RECORDS? is displayed.
4. Press <Menu> to delete all the entries.

10.6 View Phonebook Capacity

1. Press <Phonebook>.
2. Press <Menu> and <Up/Down> to select PB CAPACITY.
3. Press <Menu>.

10.7 Store a Phonebook Entry as a One Touch Number

1. Press <Phonebook>.
2. Press <Menu> and <Up/Down> to select SPEED DIAL.
3. Press <Menu> and <Up/Down> to select the speed dial key 1 to 9.
4. Press <Menu> and <Up/Down> to the entry you want.
5. Press <Menu> to save.

10.8 Edit a Phonebook Entry in a One Touch Number

1. Follow steps 1 to 3 in 4.7 Store a Phonebook Entry as a One Touch Number.
2. Press <Menu> and the stored number is displayed.
3. Press <Menu> and <Up/Down> to select ADD.
4. Press <Menu> and <Up/Down> to the entry you want.
5. Press <Menu> to save.

10.9 Delete a One Touch Number

1. Follow steps 1 to 3 in 4.7 Store a Phonebook Entry as a One Touch Number.
2. Press <Menu> and the stored number is displayed.
3. Press <Menu> and <Up/Down> to select DELETE.
4. Press <Menu> to delete the stored number.
