Maintenance and Care
Please use the following guidelines for proper maintenance and care of your
Audex Jacket:
Care
• Allow jacket to completely dry after riding or exposure to moisture. Do
not expose the Audex components to moisture.
• This jacket is a high-tech piece of apparel. Do not expose the Audex
components to excessive force or impact. Be careful not to drop the
Audex Jacket.
Washing Instructions
• Excessive washing is not recommended.
• Before washing the jacket, you must remove your iPod, phone, and all
Audex Jacket components. See "Contents" on page 3 for a listing of all
components. Warranty will no longer be valid if components are not
removed prior to washing.
• Tuck in all cords, close pockets, and zip the jacket closed.
• Follow washing instructions on the inside of the jacket. These are as
follows:
• Machine Wash Warm (Below 30c) using powdered detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
• DO NOT Bleach.
• Tumble dry low heat, or hang dry in shade.
• DO NOT iron.
• DO NOT dry clean.
• DO NOT use fabric softener.
• Periodically replenish water repellent finish – spray on only.
• Allow your jacket to completely dry before reinstalling the Audex
electronic components.
