3. START UP

2.1. PLACE OF THE INSTALLATION

Before proceeding with the start-up, it is VERY IMPORTANT to remove

all the white plastic that protects the furniture and the grease fitting.

Check that the voltage of the machine corresponds to the voltage of the

establishment, and if the establishment has the necessary power.

3.2. SWITCH ON

Check that the appliance is connected to the power outlet.

Place the switch in the on position and check that the indicator light that

the iron is working is lit.

Regulate the temperature of the iron with the temperature thermostat.

3.3. SWITCH OFF

Set the temperature thermostat to position 0.

Turn the switch to the off position.

Disconnect the appliance from the electric current.

4.1. CLEANING AND PRODUCTS TO USE

The daily cleaning at the end of the job guarantees a good operation and

extends the life of the appliance.

The plates are designed in such a way that they are easily removable

and accessible for their conservation and cleaning. NEVER DO THE

CLEANING BY JET PRESSURE.

Stainless steel surfaces

The envelope of the griddles is constructed of stainless steel material of

excellent quality and durability. Cleaning with a suitable detergent daily

will keep it in perfect condition.
