Optimised power modulation

This type of modulation, arising from the activation of the AUTO function, consists of the following points:
Central

temperature
MODULATION AT OPTIMISED POWER" causes the boiler to operate for long periods of time at reduced
power, thereby decreasing the
are subjected:
reducing the ON/OFF CYCLES increases the efficiency of the boiler, resulting in a reduction in running
costs and in the amount of noise created;
reducing the HEAT STRESSES inflicted on the components inside the boiler (such as the primary
exchanger, the burner or the fan) increases their time life and ensures they always operate with
maximum efficiency.
Let us now try to understand how, by activating the AUTO function, the boiler succeeds in providing
maximum comfort while reducing consumption in its various system configurations:
2.1.3

Adapting the central heating circuit temperature

1. NO PERIPHERALS
The heating circuit temperature is fixed. "Modulation at optimised power" is enabled.
2. T-CONTROL
"Modulation at optimised power" is enabled. The heating system water temperature SET POINT is variable,
depending on the speed at which the room reaches the requested temperature. This means that, in most
systems, it is possible to select an average heating circuit temperature (for example, 60°C) without running
the risk of having to wait a long time before the room comfort level is reached.
3. T-CONTROL + OUTDOOR SENSOR
"Modulation at optimised power" is enabled. The heating system water temperature SET POINT is
modulating, depending on the temperature of the outside environment. The outdoor sensor enables the
temperature inside the house to be kept constant even when the temperature outside varies (the lower the
outdoor temperature, the higher the heating temperature will be).
4. ROOM SENSOR
"Modulation at optimised power" is enabled. The heating system water temperature SET POINT is
modulating, depending on the temperature of the inside environment, ensuring the room comfort level is
reached more quickly and providing greater temperature stability inside the house.
5. ROOM SENSOR WITH OUTDOOR SENSOR
"Modulation at optimised power" is enabled. The heating system water temperature SET POINT is
modulating, depending on the temperature of the inside and outside environments, offering both sets of
advantages mentioned in points 3 and 4.

At the start, the power is reduced by 30% in

After 40 minutes of operation, if the room
