heating elements; so the most suitable combination may
therefore be chosen for each dish, with convincing results.
By turning the selector knob marked with the symbol
different cooking modes are obtained, as shown in the table
to the side.
After having selected the heat source, place the thermostat
knob marked with the symbol
required.
For traditional cooking (roasts, biscuits, etc.) in conventional

Grill operation: a high heat output is used for grilling, so that
the surface of the food is immediately browned; this is
particularly recommended for meats which should remain
tender on the inside. To grill food, turn the selector knob to
one of these positions:
When cooking food using the grill, the oven door must
remain shut. Moreover, set the thermostat knob no higher
than 200°C (even in the minigrill mode).
See page 4 of this booklet for the cooking times and

Cooling system

The oven is equipped with a cooling system that is operated
automatically by setting the selector knob to one of the seven
functions.
,
Important: to obtain the perfect cooling of the aesthetic parts,
the device continues to cool for a few minutes even after the
oven is completely switched off.
The above-mentioned device is controlled by a thermostat,
therefore the cooling can take place in one or more cycles.
In any case, we recommend that you leave the oven door
open after use.
