TROUBLESHOOTING

The following table shows possible causes and solutions for potential problems in your Washer & Dryer. If even following the table
solution the problem persists, check how to contact us at point 5 of the Warranty Certificate.

Possible Causes
Transport screws have not been
removed.
Washer/Dryer is not leveled.
Power cord / water inlet hose / water
outlet hose knocking on the cabinet.
Washer/Dryer is not leveled.
Excess detergent supply.
Washer & Dryer is in operation and the
door is locked.
The time shown on the display is
estimated and may vary depending on
the water pressure of the residence,
amount of detergent, quantity and type
of clothing.
Washer & Dryer uses water
condensation drying process.
Cold water is required in the
condensation drying process.
The ON/OFF button has not been
pressed.
START/PAUSE key was not activated
after programming.
Power failure/oscillation. Check if the
mains voltage is between:
Door open.
Plug out the socket. Connect the plug
into the socket.
Socket malfunction.
Lack of water.
The voltage is wrong.
Function Delay Wash selected.
Solution
Remove the transport screws according to item "Unpacking
the Washer/Dryer," page 22.
Level the feet of the Washer/Dryer. Follow the instructions of
item "Level Washer/Dryer", page 25.
Move the power cord or water inlet or outlet hoses away from
the Washer/Dryer.
Make sure that the outlet hose is fitted to the hose clamps, as
shown in item "Connect Inlet Hose," page 24.
Level the feet of the Washer & Dryer. Follow the instructions
of item "Level Washer/Dryer" page 25.
Use the measuring cup to fill with the ideal amount of
detergent.
If you do not have the measuring cup, use a maximum of
32 g (approximately 3 tablespoons) of powder detergent or
40 ml (2 tablespoons) of liquid detergent.
Wait for the end of the program or follow the instructions in
the item "Using the Smart All-In-One Washer/Dryer", page 14.

Press the ON/OFF button for approximately 2 seconds.
Press the START/PAUSE button after selecting the
desired programming according to item "OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS", page 7.
Power failure/oscillation. Check if the mains voltage is
between:
• Washer & Dryer 127 V: 106 V and 135 V
Voltage different from these values may impair the operation
of the product.
Close the door. For your safety, the product only works with
the door closed.
In case of incompatibility of the plug with the socket, replace
it with a suitable socket.
Check the operation of the socket/mains /switch of your
residence. Use another device to check the function of the
outlet. Make sure the socket amperage is 20 A.
Check if the tap is closed or if there is water shortage.
Check if the voltage of your socket is compatible with the
voltage of your Washer/Dryer.
Wait for the programmed waiting time or cancel the
programming.
