Radio Mode Operations
Listening to the radio
1) Press the FUNC button 05] and select radio
mode.
2) Press the BAND button 03 and select FM1,
FM2, FM3 or AM.
The band changes in the following order
each time the BAND button 03 is pressed:

cally tuned in {Seek tuning).

Tuning procedure
Manual tuning
1) Press the BAND button 03 and select the
desired band.
2) Press and hold the BAND button 03 again for
2 seconds or longer. "MANU" lights in the dis¬
play and manual tuning becomes available.
3) Press the Up button 0H or the Down button
03 to tune in to the desired frequency.
Seek tuning
1) Press the BAND button 03 and select the
desired band.
2) When "MANU" lights in the display, press and
hold the BAND button 03 for 2 seconds or
longer.
When "MANU" disappears from the display,
the seek tuning becomes available.
3) Press the Up button 0H or the Down button
03. Tuning automatically stops when a sta¬
tion is found.
Preset tuning

) Press the BAND button 03 to select a
desired band.

) Press the Preset buttons 0 (1 to 6).
Preset memory function
A total of 24 stations can be preset in the Preset
buttons ES (1 to 6).
*Up to 18 FM stations (6 each for the FM1, FM2
and FM3) and 6 AM stations can be preset in the
Preset buttons @ (1 to 6).
*When a station is preset, the station previously
stored in the memory at that position is cleared.
Manual memory function
1) Press the BAND button 03 to select the band
at which to store the station.
2) Press the Up button 02] or the Down button
03 to tune in to the station to be preset
3) Press and hold one of the Preset buttons [7]
(1 to 6) at which you want to store that station
for 2 seconds or longer. The station is stored
at that button.
Auto store function
1) Press the BAND button 03 to select the band
of the stations you want to store.
2) Press and hold the AS button 07] for 2 sec¬
onds or longer. Stations with good reception
are automatically stored.
*lf there are fewer than 6 stations with good
reception, the stations previously stored at the
remaining Preset buttons [7] (1 to 6) are not
cleared.
Preset scanning
When the SCN button 07] is pressed, the preset
stations stored in the Preset buttons [7] (1 to 6)
are tuned in for 7 seconds each in the order in
which they were stored.
When the preset station is tuned in, the Preset
indicator [b] of the corresponding Preset button
lights. If you want to select the station currently
tuned in, press the Preset button \T\ whose
Preset indicator \b\ lights.
* If the SCN button 07] is pressed and held for 2
seconds or longer, the auto store function is set.
* A station that cannot be tuned in is skipped and
the next preset station is tuned in.
