• Unpack the hob and remove all the packaging material.

• Cut an opening into the work surface, as per the measures W1 x D1 provided in

the specifications table.

• In order to prevent liquids from accidentally leaking into the kitchen unit

underneath, the appliance is equipped with a special seal. Stretch out the seal

along the edge of the opening, taking care to overlap the joining points.

• Insert the hob into the opening in the work surface. With a screwdriver assemble

the plate A with the special screw B.

• Take a flexible tube of an approved brand, which is gas resistant. Make sure it is

not longer than a metre.

• Connect the flexible tube from the cylinder to the inlet nozzle of the cooktop.

Push it as far as it will go. The tube should not be twisted, looped sharply or put

under pressure. It should be kept away from any source of heat.

• If the hob requires electrical connection, plug the cable at the back of the unit.

Earth the green/yellow coated cable.
