Loading paper in Tray 1, 2, or 3

Note
If you change the type of paper or transparencies, you
MUST specify the type on the front panel of the printer.
To load paper in Tray 1, 2, or 3:
1.
Remove the tray from the printer:
a.
Pull out the tray until it stops.
b.
Gently remove the tray from the printer while lifting up.
c.
Place the tray on a flat surface.
If you are loading paper of the same size, skip to Step 5.
2.
Gently squeeze the length guide and slide it all the way to the rear of the tray.
