Using paper that is larger than letter-size

Printing jobs of less than 4 pages

Using Enhanced or Photo print-quality mode

Note

Toner life expectancy will be reduced when the printer is first installed. Subsequent toner

cartridges should achieve normal life expectancy.

Imaging unit life expectancy is up to 30,000 letter-size pages based on continuous printing. The

following customer usage patterns may significantly reduce imaging unit life:

Printing jobs of less than 4 pages

Higher than 10 percent coverage per color (40% total coverage)

Using paper that is larger than letter-size

Using Enhanced or Photo print-quality mode

Automatic two-sided printing

Exposing the imaging unit to light for more than 10 minutes
