• You can keep a personal mailbox on the internal hard

drive (8550DX / C2424) . So if you're late for a meeting

and need an extra copy of something you've printed –

just walk up to the device, select the stored job and print.

• Keep tabs on office activity. The Usage Analysis Tool

enables you to collect, organize and analyze job

accounting data.

with large paper trays so you can get

Use 100-sheet Tray 1 for heavy

paper up to 80 lb. cover (220 gsm),

business cards, envelopes, trans-

parencies and more.

Standard 525-sheet Tray 2 feeds

up to 32 lb. bond (120 gsm).

Add one or two 525-sheet high-

capacity paper feeders to boost

your capacity to as much as

1,675 sheets.
