The Acoosta music system (excluding accessories) carries a warranty against

defective materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Should a defect develop during the period of warranty, please take the device

to an authorized Acoosta Service Center.

Acoosta Innovations Private Limited will undertake the responsibility to repair

the device free of charge while under warranty.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER / IS NOT VALID IF

1 | Liability for loss of data/content loaded in the product due to misuse

or tampering by the customer.

2 | Wear and tear of the memory card, speaker, battery, and display

panel if the product is used in commercial, business, industrial,

educational or rental applications.

3 | Proof of purchase is not accompanied with this warranty card.

4 | The warranty card is not ﬁlled out immediately after purchase.

5 | The device is not used according to this manual.

6 | Defects are caused by improper or reckless use.

7 | Any repairs are carried out by people other than Acoosta Authorised

Service Centres.

8 | Alterations or modiﬁcations of any nature are made to the device.

9 | The serial number is tampered with.

10 | Defects arise due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal

voltage, acts of God or while in transit to the purchaser's residence.

11 | All consumables and parts susceptible to normal wear and tear, and

are not covered under warranty.

GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes arising in connection with this Limited Warranty shall be

governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai shall have the exclusive

jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.
