3. Preparation of Setup Text File

3.1. Creation of text data

There is a dedicated tool (ESB_ConferenceHotelMode_Setup.xlsm) that lets you create Setup Text File.

Microsoft Office Excel is required to use this tool.

Enter the desired settings in the cells in the red frame and click the "Create a Setup Text File" button. Setup Text

File is generated in the same layer folder as this tool. The file name can be changed only by changing the 3-digit

number part (Example: ROOM000.TXT, ROOM001.TXT, ROOM999.TXT).

3.2. Copy to USB memory

The created Setup Text File is copied to the first layer of USB memory using a PC etc. Do not create multiple

Setup Text Files or folders.
