Impact: Users can't select their on-board device memory.
Workaround: Disconnect and re-connect the device and select Device memory from
the Options menu, or close and re-open BlackBerry Media Sync and select Device
memory from the Options menu.

Warning message tells users that: "You must install this software in C:\Program Files

(x86)". However, users can also install to other locations.
Impact: Users aren't told that they have installation options. The message should state:
"This folder can only contain 64-bit applications. Please install BlackBerry Media Sync
in "C:\Program Files (x86)" or select another folder."

BlackBerry Media Sync doesn't connect if a device is password protected and
BlackBerry Desktop Manager is running.
Impact: Device is recognized in BlackBerry Desktop Manager but not BlackBerry Media
Sync.
Workaround: Close and reopen BlackBerry Media Sync. Type the password.

BlackBerry Media Sync sometimes crashes when running the auto-updater on Vista.
There is an error reading the protected memory.
Impact: The auto-update doesn't work.

Sync

A synchronized playlist that has a name that contains over 256 characters cannot be
played on the device.
Impact: The playlist cannot be played even though it was synchronized.
Workaround: Shorten the playlist name and synchronize it again.

If the same songs are in two different users' playlists, there will be problems
synchronizing to the same device.
