If two users have the same songs in two uniquely named playlists, the songs are
duplicated on the device.
Impact: The duplicated songs have "_2" appended to the end of the title.
Workaround: None.

BlackBerry Media Sync cannot retrieve playlists without iTunes running in parallel.
Impact: Users should be able to view playlists without launching iTunes.
Workaround: None.

Album Art

Importing iTunes album art failed from the BlackBerry Media Sync welcome screen or

when trying to import for the first time; album art repeatedly fails to import after closing

iTunes during the last import.
Impact: Users receive an "iTunes is busy" error message and cannot import their album
art.
Workaround: Keep trying to import the album art. Also, keep your iTunes library open
during the import.

Importing album art is interrupted by an iTunes pop-up message.
Impact: Your album artwork isn't imported.
Workaround: Close the message and import your album artwork again.
Media Card
SDR 179643
Device 1 and device 2 have the same display name after swapping the media card.
Impact: The display names should be different.
Workaround: None.

UI information isn't updated when removing the media card from the device.
Impact: User isn't prompted to insert a media card.
Workaround: None.
User Interface

An error message states that a supported device is not supported if the device is
connected to BlackBerry Media Sync while the device is starting up.
Impact: You shouldn't receive a message until after the device is ready.
Workaround: Click Retry in BlackBerry Media Sync when the device is ready.

Selected playlists remain selected after the device is disconnected and the UI resets.
Impact: When the UI refreshes, the playlist selection should be cleared.
