The following guide will help assist you in identifying and correcting common problems
with your ION:
Symptoms
Both lights on the charger
turn green right away.
Charger is plugged in, but
the second light on the
charger never turns on.
The ION does not hold the
charge long enough.
My ION `sputters' or
accelerates very slowly

Potential Causes:
THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM!
IONs come charged out of the
box.
Your ION has gone into deep
discharge and cannot identify
charge status.
The sealed lead acid batteries
have reached the end of their
life and will need to be
replaced
Your battery is running out of
charge.

Solutions:
Charge your scooter for an
additional 6-8 hours prior to
initial use.
Charge the scooter for 6 to
8 hours to bring the scooter
out of deep discharge.
Replace batteries. Call
Bladez for replacement
information.
Recharge your ION.
