MIXING GUIDE
SPEED DESCRIPTION
1 FOLD
This is a good starting sped for bulk and dry foods such as flour, butter and
potatoes
2 BLEND Best speed to start liquid ingredients for mixing salad dressings.
3 MIX
For mixing cakes, cookies and quick breads.
4 CREAM For creaming butter and sugar, beating uncooked candy, desserts, etc.
5 WHIP
For beating eggs, cooked icings, whipping potatoes, whipping cream, etc.
CAUTIONS
• After 5 minutes continues use, allow a few minutes rest before next use.
• Do not operate more than 10 minutes at one time. Highest speed of beaters/hooks
is: 800rpm.
• The mixer is factory lubricate and required no further lubrication.
• Other than cleaning, no additional maintenance or servicing of this appliance is
required. Repairs, when necessary must be performed at an Authorized Electrical
service station.
CLEANING
• Remove the main plug from the wall socket; clean the body of the mixer with a
damp cloth. To remove stubborn spots, wipe surface with a cloth moistened with
sudsy water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Continue with a clean damp cloth
then dry thoroughly.
• Beaters and dough hooks can be washed in hot sudsy water, rinsed and dried.
• Never immerse or rinse the body of the mixer in water or other liquid.
