7.2 Trouble shooting
MALFUNCTIONS
POSSIBLE CAUSES
The gate will not open
• There is no power
nor close
• The gearmotor is released
• The transmitter's batteries are run down
• The transmitter is broken
• The stop button is either stuck or broken
• The opening/closing button or the key selector are stuck
The gate opens but
• The photocells are engaged
will not close
The flasher does not
• The bulb is burnt
