Charging Process

Before first use, the battery must be fully charged

via the USB cable supplied. Charging time will take

about 16 hours for DSX5100 / DSX5120 and about 5

hours for DSX5200 / DSX5220. With a fully charged

battery, the product can work for about 45 minutes.

If you experience a considerable decrease in shaving

performance, switch off the product and recharge the

battery.

1. Switch off the appliance completely by pressing the

On/Off switch on the main body. Insert USB

charging cable into the charging pins located at the

bottom of the product and the other end to a

suitable power supply of 5V 500mA.

2. The appliance will start charging with blue light ON

until power supply is disconnected.

3. Once charging process is completed, disconnect

power supply and remove USB cable from the

appliance.

NOTE

• The charging process will only start when unit is

completely switched off.

• If the product has not been used for a long period,

please recharge the battery until it has been

restored to full power status.

Usage

For best shaving performance, it is recommended to

use your new shaver daily for up to four weeks to allow

time for your beard and skin to become adapted to the

new shaving system.

Shaving

1. Make sure your shaver is properly charged.

2. Switch the shaver on.

3. Stretch the skin with your free hand so that the

hairs/beard stand upright.

4. Only apply light pressure on the shaving head while

shaving (pressing too hard can damage the heads

and make them vulnerable to breakage).

5 Use short, circular strokes continuously to remove

beard on the face.
