Maintenance log L2-Range and D2-Range

Attention

Safety note: We expressly advise you that when performing maintenance work on electrical and electronic components

the main switch of the unit must always be in the OFF position. Otherwise, there is a risk of getting an electric shock. For

your own protection, you should wear rubber gloves, safety goggles and mouth-nose protection when working on

contaminated parts (suction system, separator, instruments) or when carrying out a disinfection procedure.

Attention

ESD safety note: When servicing or repairing electrostatic sensitive components on the treatment unit, the generally

applicable ESD guidelines for handling electronic components must be observed! While the device is open, all ESD

precautions must be taken when handling PCBs. Always remember to discharge yourself by touching an earthing point

before touching the treatment unit (chair base, mounting rod).

Information on how to proceed: The sequence of tasks to be carried out given here is solely intended as a guide. It

can be changed at your discretion as long as the hygiene regulations are observed. For a better overview, in the last

column you can tick the tasks that have been completed. Please note that identical materials (o-rings, seals) may have

differing shades of colour.

General advice: tools, specified accessories (turbine pressure device with 4 manometers, air flow measuring tube),

spare parts for repairs and appropriate lubricants are not included in the maintenance kit. DKL accepts no liability for

damages caused by using non-approved lubricants or spare parts! Unless stated otherwise, seals and O-rings can be

lubricated with Klüber Syntheso Pro AA 2/ AA 4 lubricating grease. Never lubricate any of the O-rings in the lamp

because they have a braking function.
