STEP #1: Using a reamer or a small drill bit make a hole in the

dried completely. Once dry it is a good idea to go back and re-
seal the edges by applying another small bead of glue and
letting it run around the edge of the tire at the gap between
tire and wheel.

mount them to the car. Place one #1226 Bearing into each
side of the front wheels as shown in Figure 4.

Figure 5 and place one 7047 shim over the front axle followed bye the front wheel and then the
7220 Axle Spacer. Now secure with one 5207 Locknut, be very careful to not overtighten the nut. you want to tighten
it just enough to eliminate any slop from side to side but no more. Repeat for other side of car.

STEP #6: Now slide one of the rear wheels onto the rear axle as shown in Figure 6.

axle so that it slides into the drive slot molded in the back of the wheel. Now secure with a 5207 locknut. Be sure not
to over tighten as you can bend the roll pin.
NOTE: Wheel should spin freely when wheel nut is tight to the wheel. If it is tight remove some of the 7047 Shims on
the axle. If the axle still has alot of side to side play, add more 7047 shims until wheels spins freely without the side to
side play.
